Registration Assistant High Priority

As a Registration Assistant, you'll be the friendly face that helps racers get ready for the big day. Your responsibilities include checking in participants, assigning bibs, distributing goodie bags, and ensuring everyone has what they need before the race begins. Your attention to detail and welcoming attitude will help the event run smoothly and ensure a great experience for all our participants!

Event Setup/Teardown Medium Priority

As part of the Event Setup/Teardown Crew, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our event to life and wrapping it up at the end. Your tasks will include setting up tents, tables, signs, and other event materials before the race, as well as taking everything down afterward. Whether it's arranging the starting line, setting up hydration stations, or ensuring the finish line is ready for our racers, your work will help create an organized and welcoming atmosphere.

Race Timekeeper High Priority

As the Race Timekeeper, you'll be responsible for accurately recording the finish times of all participants as they cross the finish line. Your attention to detail is crucial in ensuring each racer's time is logged correctly for both competitive and fun prize categories. You'll work closely with the registration team to match times with participant names, helping us recognize and celebrate the achievements of all our runners and walkers. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the race and helps ensure that everyone gets the recognition they deserve!

Course Guide Medium Priority

As a Course Guide, your primary responsibility is to ensure that racers stay on course and have a smooth, safe race experience. You'll be stationed at key points along the route to guide participants, provide encouragement, and help with any questions or concerns they may have. You'll also assist in marking the course with directional signs and be in communication with the event coordinators to report any issues. Your role is essential in keeping everyone on track and motivated as they make their way to the finish line.
