Light the path and direct runners along the course. Please bring chairs to sit in if you desire and flashlights to point down at the pavement.

Packet Pickup (Can Run) High Priority

Details

Need volunteers to follow direction of our timing officials. Will likely be assigning bib numbers to those already registered, hand out T-Shirts, and help with walk up registration.

Course Setup (Can Run)

Details

Assist with marking the course, setting up lighting, setting up water stop, help setting up start/finish line area.

Course Tear Down (Can Run)

December 1, 2023

Details

Assist with taking up course direction markers, removing lighting, removing water stop, help teardown the finish line area. Bring a Flashlight/headlamp with you if possible!

Finish Line (Cannot Run)

December 1, 2023

Details

Guide runners through the finish area, help timing officials, help with post race snacks, help race director with awards.

Water Station

December 1, 2023

Details

Pass out water cups to runners in the 5k race. If you have a truck or van that can carry a 6'x3' table that would be an amazing bonus! Please bring chairs if you would like to sit and flashlights.
