On race day, we need to get our participants ready to run! They will be coming to you to get thier bibs and race shirts. All you have to do is check them in, give them their stuff and wish them well!!

Job skills requirments: Helpful attitudes and Happy faces!
This is a sitting/standing job... you will either be sitting or standing to check people in or standing to hand out t shirts. It's easy and only a few couple hours out of your day!

The One Mile event will start at 3pm. We will ask you to hang around for just a few minutes after this start to help make sure all are ready to run the 5k!

Water Stop

Water! Water! Water!
The water stop is the place to be! Everyone will be happy to see you there! Whether they need a drink of water or an encouraging word, your job and presence is super important!

Skills required are minimal, all you need to be able to do is hand out water and share an encouraging word!!
This job is a standing job. You will be on your feet for the duration of the race. Please dress accordingly - speaking of dress, if you have crazy costumes, fun signs, bells, etc. . . bring them with you! You have the opportunity to provide the smile that may be just what the runner needs to push through to the finish line!

Post Race Food Tent

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

These participants have worked hard! We need you to be in the post race food tent to help them rehydrate and replenish! Your job will be to simply hand out foods, take pics and congratulate the participants!

Medal Hander Outer :)

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

When the One Mile and 5k Participants cross that finish line, they will be happy to see you! and you will have the privilege of handing them their medal!!!

This job will require you on your feet for the duration of the time. . . . approximatly 45-60 minutes.

One Mile "Sweeper"

There is a 30 minute time limit for the One Mile - can you be the last person to finish in the time frame and make sure that everyone who may be struggling is encouraged to keep moving?

Wouldn't it be fun if you were dressed in costume? Lauging, smiling and sharing the fun with everyone!!

5K "Sweeper"

There is a 60 minute time limit for the 5K- can you be the last person to finish in the time frame and make sure that everyone who may be struggling is encouraged to keep moving?

Make this fun! Dress up, bring music, be silly, just share some smiles in the miles and make sure everyone finishes!
