Course marshals will be stationed at key points on the course to help runners/walkers make the correct turns as well as monitor traffic flow around them.

Food attendants will prepare and distribute food to event participants- often cutting bananas in halves, putting trail mix in cups, etc.

Tear down volunteers will assist with breaking down tables, chairs and tents, as well as doing general clean up of the start/ finish line area. Some lifting will be required.

Water Stop

Details

Water stop volunteers will fill cups with water on the course. As participants pass the water stop, you will hand out water to them. High fives and words of encouragement should also be given out freely! After the participants have passed by, you will gather discarded cups in trash bags.
