Registration - Day Of Race Signup High Priority

Details

Pre - Race Registration and Day of Race Signup - Need at least 4 People. Task include assigning bibs for pre-registered and day of race sign ups, shirt distribution, etc.

Location

Start / Finish Line area. Croet Heritage Center. Renovare Blvd and Novus Drive.

Aid Station #1. Need 2 - 4 people.

Location

Wisconsin Ave / Whippoorwill Drive and North Boundary Greenway Trail Head.

Course Monitor High Priority

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

2 people. There are two places it would be helpful to have a course monitor. The first is at the intersection of Sinkhole Trail and Big Oak, about 0.5 miles from the Wisconsin Ave entrance. The long runner will need to be directed to continue straight to Boulder trail after their first loop. The second place will be at the bottom of Gallaher trail to make sure 10K runners go back to S/F and long run folks do their second loop. This is about 1.7 miles from S/F or 1 mile from east entry gate along Turnpike

Course Marking

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

2-3 people. Date and time to be determined. Possibilities are Thursday evening or during the day Friday.

Course sweeping

Finish line assistance

Timer

Race photographers

Location

Finish line is okay but trail race shots are way more fun out in the woods.

Rabbit for Kids Trail Mile

Details

1 person quick enough to outrun the fastest youngster for at least the first half of the race.
