Assist with gathering shirts and medals for distribution to event participants.

This will take place on 11/30/2022 or 12/1/2022 based on when shirts arrive for handing out packets on 12/2/2022, the day before the race.

Details

7:00am - help set up course and tables and water bottles.

During the event keep water bottles spaced on tables so runners can grab and go as needed.

Also pick up any trash around the tables.

Traffic Control / Course Safety High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Stationed at areas where runners are close to street and parking lot entrance/exits directing runners as well as any traffic that might be entering or exiting parking lots.
