Packet pickup folks are the welcome party!

You'll check runners in, get them their timing chip (race morning only), hand out their sweet free swag, and be ready to answer any questions they might have. (Don't worry there will be staff around to direct them to if you don't know all the answers!)

If you wish to stay longer than your assignment or can't quite make the start of your shift, let us know, we can be flexible to work with your schedule.

This is a self-supported event.

…but sometimes an aid station has been known to pop up in the middle of the night if we have the volunteers. Shhh.

Finish Line

Finish Line Coordinator High Priority

While the finish line team cheers 'em in, the coordinator knows the details of the awards system, top finisher estimates, and makes everyone's experience feel special.

This is someone who has worked this role at Tejas events before and can take the lead.

The finish line team is there to help runners bring it home! As the finish line team, your role is to support our runners through those final steps across the line, whether they are arriving in pain, filled with pride, or experiencing everything in between.
