2 Volunteers needed at Westhill and Hillsboro intersection to stop traffic for runners. It is important to guide the outbound runners to head West on Westhill drive AGAINST the flow of traffic (left-hand side). And to keep inbound runners on the north side of Westhill Dr, until they reach Hillsboro, at which time, they will be let safely across Westhill to Hillsboro and to the finish line. We will also have 1 Volunteer at the bridge (closest to the park) with a "slow" traffic sign and urging inbound runners to stay that side of the street until reaching Hillsboro. 1 Volunteer needed at Westhill and Mill St with a "slow" traffic sign.

**Volunteers will pick up Volunteer packet on Hillsboro St by 7:15am.
Volunteers will be in position by 7:45am and may chose to use personal vehicle to get there. Volunteers will be notified when last runner has passed and may then return all items to Volunteer table

1 Volunteer is needed on each side (Eastbound and Westbound) of the intersection at Westhill and Prairie Ave to stop traffic as runners cross Prairie heading West and East.

Details

1 Volunteer will be at the South side Intersection of Forrest and Westhill, guiding runners to turn left and head south to the 2nd Street turnaround. Once runners come back up Forrest, that volunteer will have runners turn Left to continue heading west on Westhill toward Berkley.
1 Volunteer will be at the North side of the Forrest/Westhill intersection, directing runners to continue heading back toward Hulen Park.

3 Volunteers will be set up at this intersection.
For the 2 on the south side of Westhill/Berkley Intersection: One will direct inbound runners to round the median and head northbound on Berkley. One will direct outbound runners to cross Westhill and head east on Westhill toward Hulen Park. Both will hold stop signs and halt traffic for runners.
For Volunteer set up on the north side: They will hold "stop" sign to halt traffic for runners and guide them to head straight back to Hulen Park.

2/3 Volunteers will be set up at this intersection. 1 Volunteer on the east side of the Berkley/Hemphill intersection will direct inbound runners to round the median, pass the water station, and head northbound on Berkley. 1 Volunteer will stand at the south side of Berkley drive (Cottonwood Ct) to stop traffic for runners. 1 Volunteer will stand near the water station to assist in halting traffic and direct runners northbound.

Half-Way Water Station High Priority

Details

Volunteers will fill water cups and hand them out to runners. Volunteers will be responsible for making sure cups are disposed of properly. Volunteers may take their own vehicle or be taken to the site and must be at the designated spot by 7:45am. Water and table will be delivered and picked up by Bobbi Ellis.
