Participants can stop by between 3:00-6:00pm that day to pick up. We will give them their runner packet, bib # (with safety pins), and their t-shirt.

Give Directions Along Race Route High Priority

Volunteers will:
- be assigned spots along the race route
- give walkers/runners clear directions along the course
- cheer on walkers/runners
- when last runner passes, pick up any race signs or supplies around you (bring back to check-in table)
- please also check for any trash along the course to pick up before leaving your station

Volunteers will:
- check in participants for the event day
- give out any runners packets, shirts, & bibs not picked up on Friday
- help register walk ups
- sell any extra race day shirts

Volunteers will:
- prepare water in individual cups
- distribute waters to walkers/runners
- help pick up discarded cups by runners
- when last runner passes the station start to tear down the table & supplies

We will provide all supplies needed & will have a committee member with a truck to pick up supplies.
