"Build the excitement! This is the first stop for runners and their families as they register to run and pick up their race day packets. Volunteers will greet all individuals with smiles, excitement and answer questions. Volunteers are responsible for assisting with race registration, organizing and distributing packets to runners, which include event information, bib numbers, timing devices, t-shirts and other merchandise. They will also be responsible for setting up canopies, tables, keep swag bags stocked, getting the volunteer & runner waivers signed, handing out volunteer shirts. Last but not least packing up everything at 7pm and storing it away for the next day. Volunteers are asked to keep the area organized, clean and well stocked."
