Stand at entrance to area at bridge off Sam School Rod.
Prevent anyone from accessing the parking lot from this driveway
Direct participants and volunteers to park at 1400 Solana Blvd
Some will have access to park next to the event site: Direct them to drive to the right of the building and drive all the way around.
Allow access to runners or volunteers for handicap parking.
Allow access to sponsors and vendors
Allow access to DJ, Timer and The American Legion Group

Bag Check High Priority

Details

Stationed at the bag check area. Runners need a place to keep valuables like keys and such.
You will check items from runners, place in a bag with their bib number and name. After the run you will hand out bags to runners making sure the bib number matches the bag.
Bag check needs to be kept secure and manned at all times.

Help unload the truck and set up the event site.
This requires lifting and carrying boxes and cases of water.
