Details
Setup Crew will be responsible for setting up:
- Flagging along the edge of the parking lot
- 2 check-in tables at Intervale Trailhead, near picnic tables
- Materials for check-in tables - T-shirts, bibs, swag bags
- 1 water table just after 1 mile marker, with 5-gallon coolers of water, paper cups, and trash cans
- Table for post-race snacks at Intervale Trailhead
- Buckets of ice with bottled water at the end
- Bowls of water for dogs along the course (possibly 1 table, TBD)
- Assorted Halloween decorations throughout the course
- Kids' games stations at Intervale Trailhead
*Be prepared to help the timing company and the sponsors unload/setup tables as necessary
