This position is for those who can get up early! There is a briefing at the Falls Church City Hall (Police Dept) at 6:30 am. The event starts at 8am, and will conclude by 8:45am.

Free breakfast is included in the church parking lot after the Race concludes.

This position has two shifts. People can sign up for one or both.

SATURDAY TASK: Parking Lot Set Up

At least 12 more volunteers needed.

Details

Group will meet in the church parking lot at 1pm to begin setting out tables and chairs for the next day. Staging items that need to be set out the morning of the Race

Location

Columbia parking lot near the CDC entrance

Parking Lot Tear Down-Post Worship

At least 15 more volunteers needed.

Details

This position is for those who can stay after worship to take down tables and chairs; return them to the church building.

Families with older children might find this a good fit. The Rock Wall will still be in the 301 parking lot for kids to play.

Race Site Snack Table

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrive at 7:15 to help set up the food table at the Race site. This includes setting out food, water bottles, and then also packing up the remaining items once the Race is over around 8:45

Coffee Station

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

help Innerloop Coffee by handing out coffee, monitoring the creamer/sugar stations.
