You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 12 more volunteers needed.

Details

Race course monitors are needed to stand at various points along the course to ensure runners/walkers safely follow the course. Transportation to assigned location may not be provided. Monitors will make sure all runners/walkers are through the course before returning to the GF Library.

RACE DAY VOLUNTEERS SHOULD ALSO JOIN US SUNDAY JULY 2, AT 4PM TO WALK THE RACE COURSE. PLEASE SIGN UP UNDER "RACE PREP" below.

Meet at the Great Falls Library Freedom Memorial by 7:30am July 4.

Tasks involve clipping branches and removing grasses/weeds from trail.

Meet at the back of the Great Falls Library parking lot, near the Lucy Hanes Trail.

Help finalize preparation of the race course to ensure a fun, safe race.
Race course volunteers will familiarize themselves with the course.
Any last minute maintenance will be done.
