Provide directions for participants when they first come into Sweet Briar College at to direct them where to go and park. Also be on the course at two different traffic circles to ensure participants go the in the right direction.

Second Traffic Circle Near Faculty Row

Course Directions Medium Priority

Located along the course of the 5k to point participants along the course directions and cheer on participants.

Location

Locations will be along Sweet Briar Drive, the Dairy Loop, and Monument Drive.

Parking Directions High Priority

Details

Direct participants where to park behind the Dorothy J. Sales Building.

Location

The parking lot is located on the Sweet Briar Campus map as P7. Will need to be at the entrance of the parking lot.

Registration Table High Priority

Details

Check participants in on the day of the race and provide race packets.

Location

Registration table will be located on Elijah Road near race start.

Refreshment Table Medium Priority

Set up the refreshments for the race.
