Bag Stuffing - Green Bay Preble Track and Cross-Country Only

Details

o Volunteers will assist in assembling participant packets (drawstring 1k run bag) that will include: participant t-shirt, safety pins and sponsors promotional materials. Drawstring bags should be organized in bins/racks by t-shirt size.

o Each table will be assigned to check in the participant and give them their race number and chip (attached to bib)
o After packet pick-up closes we will need assistance and taking down the packet pick-up area and bringing things to storage.

Details

o Volunteers will assist participants in determining their bib number in order to pick up their race-day materials. Computers databases will be provided. Volunteers will also assist the timing company in registering any new runners and getting them their bib/chip, t-shirt and goodie bag. Volunteers are asked to stay afterwards to assist with
clean up.

Food Tent

Details

o Volunteers will assist with food preparation and refilling table tops, for the participants as they pass through the food tent. Volunteers are asked to ensure that the tables maintain full of product and have refill product underneath the table.
o After all runners and walkers have gone by volunteers are to assist in cleaning up any garbage along with any signage needs to be taken down.

Water Station #1 - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin

o Volunteers will hand out water and/or Gatorade to runners and walkers as they pass by. Volunteers are also asked to refill water and Gatorade cups and to make more Gatorade for the coolers when needed.
o After all runners and walkers have gone by volunteers are to assist in cleaning up any garbage left on the ground and clean out the Gatorade coolers.

o After all runners and walkers have crossed the finish line volunteers are to assist in cleaning up the finish line and food tent area.
