Parking Medium Priority

Direct parking at the west chalet lot and overflow at the east entrance to maximize parking space and safety.

At the start of the race monitor the entrances for vehicle traffic while participants complete the first lap crossing these entrance points.

Checkpoint High Priority

Details

Record participant numbers and time as they complete a lap and start on the next lap to ensure accurate lap counts and scoring.

Monitor participants for health and/or safety concerns.

Aid Station Low Priority

Details

Fill water jugs, cut and serve food, cheer on athletes.

Registration High Priority

Check in participants race morning.

Tear Down Low Priority

Help teardown equipment and pack up after the event.
