Water Station Instructions:
- Pick up your water station supplies from 12:00 to 2:00 pm SATURDAY before the race at the Blue Raven Clubhouse located at 1315 S. Farming road. It is a large tan and blue metal building, you cannot miss it. You will receive water coolers of water and Gatorade, table, chairs, garbage can, Caution signs, and a tote with your shirt, bug spray, towel, cups, and gummy candies. We will give you instructions as to how to get to the water station and go over any questions you may have.
- Volunteers will receive a complimentary T-Shirt for up to 2 per water station. T-shirts will be delivered in your aid station tote.
- We will have both cooler water & Gatorade. Please fill the cups provided 2/3 full from the cooler or bottles and hand the cups out as they pass.
- Some water stations will have gummy candies. If your water station has the candy, please fill a cup with 2-3 candies and offer it to runners as they pass by.
- Place your trash can near your water table. Keep your area clean and pick up all trash before you leave.
- Return all supplies to the Blue Raven Clubhouse, setting them in the back on the patio.

Preparation Suggestions:
Check the weather. A jacket or rain gear may be useful. Also, the water stations are located on a wooded trail. A cap, long sleeves, and bug spray may prove very valuable depending upon weather conditions.
