Details

Pre-Sweep of Course to pick up garbage and debris. This is an outdoor position, please dress accordingly for all types of weather. You will either need to have a personal vehicle to use or ride with someone who is also registered for this area and has a personal vehicle to use.

Friday night volunteers will be contacted by the volunteer coordinator to set up a meeting location.

5k Back of the Pack WALKERS

You must be 10 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

This position is responsible for walking behind the last participants of the 5k and in front of the SAG Wagon that sweeps the end of the event. You will need to be able to complete the entire 5k distance by walking, wear a volunteer shirt and if you choose to finish the event by walking across the finish line you will receive a 5k finisher medal.

Half Marathon Back of the Pack WALKERS

You must be 13 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

This position is responsible for walking behind the last participants of the Half Marathon and in front of the SAG Wagon that sweeps the end of the event. You will need to be able to complete the ENTIRE Half Marathon distance by walking, wear a volunteer shirt and if you choose to finish the event by walking across the finish line you will receive a Half Marathon finisher medal.
