We need help on Friday afternoon setting up tents and tables and on Saturday afternoon breaking down the tents and putting items back into the shelter.

Beer Tent

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

Check IDs. Note: In Wisconsin, you must be 21 or older to purchase and consume beer.

Children’s Tent

Details

Participate in various activities with the children. Supplies will be provided.

On-Course

Details

Help guide riders onto the correct loops for their event. 5 Mile Event: Brown & White Loops. 11, 22 & 33 Mile Events: Brown & Blue Loops.

Parking Vehicles

Details

Direct vehicles into the parking lot and grass, making sure they park in a straight line, close to each other to accommodate as many vehicles as safely possible.

Registration

Details

Help participants obtain their bike number plate, making sure pre-registered rider plates are not given to those registering Day-of-Event. We accept cash, credit cards and checks.

Start / Finish

Help timing company (J3 Events) as needed. More details will be given by timing company prior to start / finish.

Photographer

At least 1 more volunteer needed.
