Details

Friday setup entails a number of jobs that we all try to lend a hand with.
1) Setup bike racks. This job entails moving pipes and stands, fitting pipes and stands together and tightening racks with cables and pipe wrenches.

2) Setup parking lot flags and directional signs.

3) Set up parking traffic and informational signs

Details

1) Drive along course and setup directional and distance signs.
2) Set up Sprint and Olympic turns.
3) Clean Intersections of loose debris, sand, gravel or anything else that could be a hazard to bikers.
4) Inspect course for pot holes and hazards. Mark/highlight as needed with neon marking paint.

1) Inflate and anchor course buoys on the lake.
2) Beach/transition cleanup and prep. Lay down running mats over path.
3) Setup transition tables.
4) Run extension chords to announcers/directors.
