We are swapping our cleats for running shoes and going LIVE!
Join us in-person in Duvall, WA or grab a friend or two and complete the race on your own. With both options you can enjoy a fun morning staying active, healthy and fit while supporting young female athletes. In-person race is an out back course along the Snoqualmie Valley trail starting at McCormick park in Duvall, WA. Your registration includes a t-shirt (guaranteed with registration before 1/16), bib and swag.

Absolute Blast (14U Rafferty) is a family of talented young athletes who love to compete but more importantly love to play the game. Net proceeds from the Absolute Dash 5K fundraising event will be allocated to advanced training, scholarship programs, new equipment and travel.
