Kin On's 2021 Wellness Warrior Walk

Sun June 19 - Mon June 20 Seattle, WA 98118 US

Description

In lieu of the Kin On Sports Tournament, join us for the third Kin On Wellness Warrior Walk 5K! For the last eleven years Kin On has hosted annual sports tournaments to raise funds to support our elders. However, this year to ensure our community's safety during the global pandemic we are shifting our event to a virtual 5K walk or run!

The official date in which to complete your walk or run is Saturday August 20. Grab your teammates and friends to create your own route to walk or run to raise the most funds for Kin On!

More than ever Kin On needs our community to lean in so they can continue offering our senior community the care they need - including: home care, 24-hours skilled nursing, supportive housing, caregiver support services, and Healthy Living classes. This is made possible through the generosity of our community.

Step 1: Register to run/walk our virtual 5K, and invite your friends to join!
Step 2: Create or join a team fundraiser and start raising funds! (You can also connect your fundraiser to Facebook and it will make it easy for you to ask your friends for donation)
Step 3: Run/walk the 5K on your own and then submit your time to be added to the Kin On results leader board. Post a picture to our race website!
