Get ready to lace up your running shoes and embark on a fitness journey with a purpose! Join us for a heart-pounding, fun-filled 5K event that not only promotes a healthy lifestyle but also supports the American Heart Association's critical mission in the fight against heart disease and stroke.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
- Participants will receive a race bib and a commemorative medal.

- The course! The beautiful Vancouver Waterfront. Just west of I-5 with stunning views of the Columbia River. Along the route, water stops and dance parties will be encouraged!

- Kid-friendly! The 5k on the waterfront is perfect for the kids. Nice sidewalks make it safe and fun!
