We will work on proper stroke technique, while building some endurance, too. Practices, throughout the season, will focus on the following skills: starts, flip turns, streamlining, open turns, breathing, and proper stroke technique.

- When registering today, you will be paying for your first month. After that, you'll receive e-mailed invoices from J-Hawk.
