New Beginnings Virtual Diaper Dash 5k Fun Run and Kids Run

The 2020 Diaper Dash will be held as a virtual event.

DESCRIPTION: New Beginnings is hosting our 1st Annual Diaper Dash 5k Fun Run and ¼ Mile Kids Run. Join us as we raise awareness of our mission and help collect much needed diapers for the babies of the women we serve in our community. The Diaper Dash this year looks a little bit different than we pictured it; however, you can still get outside, get active, and support New Beginnings in this fun event for the whole family.

Sign up here and run the race on your own time any time between now and August 8. Feel free to take pictures on your “race day” and tag New Beginnings on Facebook!

COST: Registration for the 5K is $20 for adults. Kids are free and no registration is required. 

Proceeds from the race will go to supporting New Beginnings Pregnancy Care Center’s mission to provide a nurturing environment for pregnant women in crisis situations.

We are still also asking for a donation of diapers or wipes with the registration fee, if you can. A donation of diapers is not a requirement to participate but is greatly appreciated; we are currently in high need of size newborn and larger sized diapers. These can be dropped off at New Beginnings Pregnancy Care Center in Fond du Lac. Just make sure to put the following on your diaper donation: diaper dash, name of person or organization, and contact phone number. New Beginnings will be keeping a tally. 

The person or group who donates the most diapers will win a prize. We will recognize them on our Facebook page on August 8. 

AWARDS: There will be no official age group awards this year. Everyone is a winner!  

There will be a prize for the person or group who donates the largest amount of diapers between now and August 8.
