Description
Relay teams are comprised of 2-5 people, each running one (or more) leg of the race and hands off the MYLAPS timing tag to the next runner at pre-set Relay Exchange Zones.
Team members will wear a MYLAPS timing tag on a strap attached to their race bib and will hand off the tag to their teammate at designated Relay Exchange Zones. Relay legs distances vary.
All Relay Marathon participants receive a custom printed The North Face® brand technical shirt with gender-specific sizing and a Finishers medal to commemorate their race participation and finish of the Orthopedic & Sports Institute Relay Marathon!
RELAY CATEGORIES
Business/Organization – any combination of male or female employees from a company or non-profit organization
Open Division – any and all combinations of race participants
Female Division – all relay team members must be female
Family & Friends Division – have fun competing with your family and friends
RELAY MARATHON COURSE INFORMATION
The course is open until 2:00 p.m.
Water and Gatorade will be available throughout the course approximately every 1-2 miles
GU Energy Gel will also be available at two locations on the course
Porta-potties will be available at the Start Line, Finish Line and near every water station approximately every 1-2 miles
