Arya Cares Family Bike Ride (Memorial Ride)
Please join us in our first annual Arya Cares Family Bike Ride, scheduled for May 18, 2019 at Menominee Park.
This bike ride is a very special one and is in memory of a wonderful little girl, Arya Vaughn. On May 3, 2018, 4 year old Arya, was riding her bike near her home. She was practicing riding and was wearing her bike helmet. Tragically, she rolled out in the roadway in the 1300 Block of W. South Park Avenue (City of Oshkosh) and was struck by a vehicle. Life saving measures were taken and Arya was transported to a local hospital. Arya became an angel that day and our community mourned the loss of this amazing little girl who always had a sparkle in her eyes.
Please help us remember Arya and raise money by participating in this bike ride. The funds raised will stay in our Oshkosh community and will be used for: building children’s playgrounds at parks and schools and funding for fieldtrips and other children’s activities.
