Learn in a very personal setting with only 12 participants, from one of the best swimmers, in the country.
Bridgette Alexander is a 2016 Olympic Trial 200 Backstroke Finalist (finishing 8th place) and professional swimmer (with A3). She has already qualified for the 2020 Olympic Trials, with her performances at the 2018 Winter US Nationals, this past Nov. 29th-Dec 2nd. She is a Wisconsinite at heart, as she grew up in Milton, before heading to Kentucky, where she is completing her last year of grad school (Bridgette completed her undergraduate degree in 3 years).
Bridgette is known for her 200 back, with the 100 back, being her next strongest event..
This stroke clinic is focusing on the freestyle and backstroke, including starts, turns, and drills.
All profits go directly to Bridgette, as she is now training for the 2020 Olympic Trials.
SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENT: Swimmers must be able to complete 4 lengths of each stroke comfortably.

Schedule:
11:15am Registration/Check-In
11:30am In water for backstroke skills, drills, starts and turns
12:25pm Bathroom and snack break
12:35pm Back in the water, for freestyle skills & drills
