RunWage "Run For The Money" Virtual 5k

Take part in a whole new 5k experience to start 2020!
 
RunWage is excited to present the first annual RunWage Run For the Money 5K to help you kick start 2020 as your healthiest and most transformational year ever.
RunWage is a mobile app with the aim of growing the running and fitness community and giving a little extra motivation to those who need it. This race aims to be one of the largest virtual races in 2020!

How it works: Any time from 01/01/2020 - 01/11/2020, all participants will take part in an official 5k in their community (no backyard running). Before running your race, you will pick a time you aim to beat. Note: this is not a prediction race - there are no points given to how close you come to your time. All you have to do is beat the time you gave yourself.

 Example: Your $50 registration fee is bet to beat your time of 25:00. If you finish below 25:00, you just won your $50 back! (Note: you have the option to get $50 sent via PayPal or donate it to a charity of your choice).

Wednesday, January 1, 2020 - January 11, 2020 (official race date must fall between this time frame)

Anywhere in America

Entry Fee:
$50 pre-registration by December 1.

$60 after December 1.

In addition to your entry fee, T-shirts will be for those who pre-register by December 1 and to participants who register after December 1 while supplies last.

Online registration closes December 30, 2019.

 
 
Awards:
Individual prizes are available to win based on your race performance. This is the unique part of the race: set your goal to-beat (ex. 25 minutes), beat your time goal and win your registration back plus some (or choose to donate your winnings to the charity of your choice).
