The FOUR WEEKS TO FASTER program was designed by a local RRCA certified coach to motivate runners to chase down their speed goals. It will be most beneficial for runners already logging 10-15+ miles per week. These workouts will help increase speed for runners training for recreation or for any distance race from 5k to 50k. All paces and abilities are welcome! 

The coach will provide individualized pace recommendations and predictions for runners following the first session. Workouts will take place rain or shine on Thursday mornings: April 28, May 5, 12, & 19 from 6:30am-7:30am. (It's ok of you're a little late or have to leave early!) Runs will be 3-5 miles in total. Workouts will include a warmup, interval/tempo speed session, and cool down.
