With this year marking the return of the Tour de Lake bike race, PATCH & Jack Garrett Ford are teaming up to bring you a fun and challenging walk/run race on the awesome single-track trails of Charles Fork Lake the day before.  Consider making it an extended weekend and racing in the WVMBA series Tour de Lake on Sunday.  Registration and more info for the bike race at https://wvmba.com/event/wvmba_spencer/20230511.

Start / Finish line will be located on top of the dam next to this parking area.

The 10K+ running route follows Charlie's Challenge and Trevor's Trail to the back of the lake, returning via Charlie's Challenge and Low Gap Spur.  The 5K walk or run follows much of the same rolling single-track trails.  For the map of all Charles Fork Lake trails click here.
