Dash and Splash 2-Mile Walk/Run- Stride & Stroll Race Series

A fan favorite year after year, the Dash and Splash returns for another round of summer fun! This 2-mile walk/run winds through the scenic single-track trails of Ben's Run in Spencer, offering a shady, wooded path to help you beat the heat. After the race, jump into the pool for a well-earned splash. And don’t miss the kids' splash competition following the awards ceremony!

Race Start: 5:30 PM
Pool Party: 6:00 – 8:00 PM

Additional Notes:

This beginner's trail includes pavement, gravel, and dirt.

All Corporate Cup teams should register using the paper registration form by June 26th.

Registration will take place at Spencer City Pool.  Swimming is not permitted until 6 PM.
