Qdoba Burrito Race

On your mark, get set, walk!  The first annual "Qdoba Burrito Race" will have you walking at burrito powered speeds!  No running allowed.  But, by golly, you can walk like lightning in a bottle!  Our race starts outside the Grand Central Mall in Vienna, West Virginia.  Race participants will walk one lap (approximately 1 mile) around the mall parameter.  But, at the half way point, you will grab a mini Qdoba Breakfast Burrito to eat for an extra boost to the finish line.  

In order to win, you must finish eating the burrito before crossing into Burrito Bliss.  The grand prize winner will receive a FREE burrito each week for one year!  In Queso didn't know, that's 52 mouthwatering burritos!   The first three winners in each age category will receive one FREE entrée.  (age categories are 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+)  No separate category for male and female walkers.

Online pre-registration ends October 14, 2022.  Race day entry will be allowed.  Event t-shirt for the first 100 participants.  All registered race participants will receive a free promotional burrito during the race.  Race participants are required to walk.  You determine the walking speed.  Anyone that runs, jogs, skips or breaks out of a walking pace during the event will be disqualified by our event staff.  Final decisions are made by the race officials.  The Qdoba Burrito Race is not a part of any racing series.  It is for the sole purpose of joining our community together for the good of our charity, the Humane Society of Parkersburg (HSOP).  All proceeds from the event will go directly to HSOP.
