Welcome to the Sloth and Proud 5K Virtual Race! Embrace your inner sloth and join us for a fun, inclusive, and laid-back race that you can run, walk, wheel, or stroll at your own pace. This virtual event is perfect for everyone, from seasoned runners to casual walkers, and especially for those who take pride in their leisurely approach to life.

Event Details:

Date: Anytime between June 1 and June 30, 2024
Location: Anywhere you choose! Run or walk in your neighborhood, at a local park, or even on a treadmill.
Distance: 5 kilometers (3.1 miles)
How It Works:

Register: Sign up online and choose your preferred swag.
Run, Wheel, or Walk: Complete the 5K distance at your convenience within the event dates.
Submit Your Time: Let me know you completed the distance via the event page or event chat. Remember, it's not about speed—it's about celebrating your own pace!
Earn Your Swag: All participants will receive a custom Sloth and Proud 5K medal and have the option to select a tank top, t-shirt, hoodie, or all three!
