What exactly is a Virtual Run?
Since we are unable to run together, a Virtual Run is a Run/Walk at your own location/time (on the roads, treadmill, trails, etc). Everything is up to you and you can choose your own time/course.
What distances are we offering?
We wanted to give runners of all levels the ability to participate so we selected both a Half Marathon and a 5K. Since so many events have been cancelled/postponed we want to give everyone the opportunity to show off their training. Everyone is welcome to participate!
What are the important dates to keep in mind?
You have all of August to run your distance. We will be collecting all results between August 1st - August 31st.
The deadline to register is August 31st at Midnight. The deadline to submit your result is also August 31st at Midnight.
How do I submit my result?
Please look for the "HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR VIRTUAL RESULTS" tab on the race page.
When will I receive my shirt?
Please note that you will not receive your shirt until after the race ends. We will be placing our order on September 1st and then once things arrive we will ship them out to everyone. You can expect to receive your shirt sometime in Mid-September. Tracking will be provided.
How will I get my shirt?
All shirts will be mailed to the address you give us during your registration. Tracking will be sent to your email address once it is shipped out.
Can I make changes to my registration (for example - switching events, switching shirt sizes, joining a team)?
You will have the ability to make changes up until the deadline of August 31st at Midnight. Simply go to your RunSignUp Profile and hit on "Manage Registration" to make changes. Please note that there are NO Transfers or Refunds allowed for any reason.
Can I participate if I live outside of the USA?
You can, but we ask that you please reach out to us first so we can calculate shipping for you. You will be required to pay the additional shipping costs.
