Yes. Race-morning packet pickup is available from 5:30–6:45 AM at Goldston’s Beach. We strongly recommend Friday pickup if possible to reduce race-morning stress.
A valid photo ID is required for all athletes, including relay team members. No ID means no packet. Each athlete must pick up their own packet.

No. All athletes must pick up their own packet in person with photo ID, per USAT rules.
Yes. Bikes may be racked on Friday from 5:00–7:00 PM and left overnight. Overnight security is provided from Friday evening through race morning.
Yes. Helmets must be worn and fastened anytime you are riding your bike, including riding to and from transition. This is strictly enforced under USAT rules.
Wetsuit rules follow USAT guidelines:

Yes. A lifeguard-supervised practice swim will be available Friday from 5:00–7:00 PM, conditions permitting.
No. No equipment rentals (bikes, wheels, wetsuits, etc.) are available. Athletes must bring all required equipment.
Yes. City Bicycle Company will provide bike tech support at the transition area, with three additional support teams on course.
Cutoffs are based on the final swim wave start:

Athletes who miss cutoffs will be pulled from the course per USAT rules.
Yes. All courses remain open to traffic. Athletes must obey all traffic laws and remain alert at all times.
No. Headphones and personal audio devices are not allowed on the bike or run courses.

Run: Water, Gatorade, HUMA & GU gels at frequent aid stations

Finish Line: Water, Sun Chips, cookies, granola bars, and pizza
Parking is available inside Goldston’s Beach and directly across the street, first-come, first-served. Additional public parking is available along White Lake Drive if lots fill.
Athletes may defer or transfer to another Set Up Events or Without Limits race up to two weeks before race day. No deferrals or transfers are allowed in the final two weeks.
Athletes must be at least 16 years old to participate.
Yes. Relay teams may have two or three members. Each relay member must pick up their own packet with photo ID. Relay instructions will be provided at packet pickup.
Awards begin at 12:30 PM for top finishers, with additional awards at 2:30 PM. The Pro field pays prize money to the top five male and female finishers.
