If you prefer to register off-line, but do not want to wait until the day of the event, you can complete the registration form and mail or drop it off at Unity Wellness Center, along with your cash or check payment.
Please make all checks out to 'Unity Wellness Center' with 'World AIDS Day' in the memo.
