The CBC Virtual Run/Walk - July 2021

The time has come to get those running shoes out of the cupboard, put on some comfortable clothes, stretch those muscles - and get moving!  You can run or walk anywhere you want.  The road, the park, a nice trail, the treadmill...It doesn't matter! Just do it!

It doesn't matter if you run, walk or crawl -  the important thing is to keep moving!!  You can choose between two distances, 5k and 10k.  There is no official starting time, you have most of Saturday (24 July 2021) to complete the race (5am - 8pm).  Keeping in mind curfew times, you might have to make use of your treadmill! Do it at your own pace. Get your partners and family members involved and register them as well!  We hope to see many registrars and consultants stretching their legs and getting out there!

There isn't much to the registration process, once you have registered you will receive your bib number by email - this number will be required to upload your results. After the race, upload your times and distances to this webpage! Make sure to take plenty of pre- and post-run selfies and send to us via WhatsApp (the Wellness number)!
