Become a Community Partner
Interested in having your organization be a part of this event? Our Community Partners show their support by helping us spread the word about Girard's 5K and Community Day and volunteering on event day. If you are interested in becoming a Community Partner for the Beyond the Wall 5K and Community Day on October 1, 2023, please Email Khooks@GirardCollege.edu. The deadline to become a Community Partner is September 1st 2023.
Benefits to being a Community Partner:
- Opportunity to promote your organization/ brand at the 2023 Beyond the Wall 5K Run/ Walk & Community Day
- Prominent logo placement and mission statement displayed on Girard College Beyond the Wall 5K website, social media and event day marketing materials.
- Opportunity to invite your audience to Community Day event as guests.
- Opportunity to engage staff/organization members as volunteers for the day.
- Opportunity to partner as a Girard College Community Partner organization through future collaborations.
Expectations of a Community Partner:
- Assist with outreach efforts by way of social media, posting flyers and/ or making connections via email
- Attend a minimum of 2 scheduled meetings prior to the event date (Virtual option available).
- Volunteer (You and/or members of your organization) at the Beyond the Wall 5K Run/Walk Community Day event on October 1, 2023.
