A team may withdraw it’s entry and receive a refund if (and only if) the Blue Ridge Relay field cap has been reached and the Blue Ridge Relay has a wait list.
A request for team withdrawal must be received by July 16, 2026 in order to be considered for a refund.
Team withdrawals after July 16, 2026 are not eligible for a refund and the entry fee may not be applied to the following year.
Entry fees are non-refundable and the team is non-transferable. If the course is changed, if the race is cancelled, or if the event time is changed due to circumstances beyond race management control, such as act of nature, there are no refunds or transfers to subsequent years.
If a team withdraws at any time or does not show at the Start, the team will forfeit it's right to participate in the current year Blue Ridge Relay, including forfeiture of the team bag. Items purchased by members of the team through the BRR online store will be shipped with an applicable shipping fee.
At the time of team registration, the captain will be given the option to purchase Entry Fee Insurance through a 3rd party. To learn more, CLICK HERE.
