The camp is held at Somerset First United Methodist Church. 99 S Central Ave, Somerset, KY
What is the time of day for the Elementary morning session?
The morning session runs from 9am to 12pm.
What is the time of day the Middle/High School afternoon session?
The afternoon session runs from 1pm to 4pm.

What if my child is not in the same group as her friend in the same grade?
Because of the nature of sign-ups, we try to make sure that each group is evenly sized. Sometimes we move kids up or down groups based on their birthday. Sometimes the younger ones need to move down a class or older ones up based on our registration numbers. This is very frustrating, we know! We love doing things with our friends. Unless there is a medical need, please respect our grouping and encourage your child to make new friends! That is what camp really has to offer!
What are the plans to keep my children safe while they are at camp?
At check-in, parents will get a card with their child's name on it with a code that represents them. The parent or person who pick a up the child must have the card or a picture of the card to pick up the child. Each child will have a label given each day with their name and code. The name and # must match at pick-up. In the online registration if a child has a specific need medically or otherwise we will keep that information and on each teacher if a need arises. There is a camp director whose job it is to address issues if they arise.
Is the camp $15 for the whole week?
Yes! We keep the camp of cost extremely low so that it is accessible for all. We cover our cost with extra donations from you and other outside organizations.
