How do I submit my results?
You can submit your race results on June 3 at 12 am ET - June 8 at 3 am ET (12 am PT).
Please Note: In order to review results and announce our winners on June 8, we will not be able to accept submissions after 3 am ET (12 am PT).
If you signed up for text or email alerts, you will receive automated notifications starting June 3 with directions and prompts to submit your results via text or email. If you did not opt in for email and text alerts, you can submit your race results online here. There are step-by-step directions for submitting available here.
How do I view results?
Results will populate on the My Big Run results page on fleetfeet.com. The results on fleetfeet.com will include the option to filter by race distance, as well as other filter options such as race data by state.
Please note: We will refresh these results on a rolling basis, starting on June 3. If you don't see your results right away, they will likely appear the next time we refresh. We appreciate your patience!
Where is my Virtual Kit or Race Packet?
Vouchers take between 24 and 72 hours to process and issue after registration. Email subject line is: My Big Run Voucher and Virtual Kit, from email: mybigrun@fleetfeet.com. Please search your inbox for the above, and if you still cannot find your email, we will be happy to resend.
Please note: We also included the virtual kit in all confirmation emails for those who registered starting June 2, so you can access your virtual kit sooner.
Why can't I submit my time?
If you are having trouble submitting your time, you may have marked yourself as anonymous when registering. If that is the case, you can follow these steps to submit your time. Please also double check to make sure you are submitting your time in format hour: minute: second.
What if I ran a different distance than I signed up for?
Please email mybigrun@fleetfeet.com and we will be glad to update for you.
When will prize winners be announced?
We will announce winners by the end of day on June 8. Check out our fun and unique prize categories and how you can enter to win. Please note that you can enter to win June 3 - June 7. If you do not feel comfortable posting on social media or do not have social accounts, please send My Big Run pictures to mybigrun@fleetfeet.com.
When will I receive the My Big Run face cover / gaiter I ordered?
The gaiters will arrive after June 3. We have submitted all ordered placed through June 3 to our distributor and items should being shipping shortly. If you did not purchase a gaiter and would like to, you can do so at registration or by following these steps if you already registered.
