The definition of guardian is a person who protects, guards and preserves. As Anaya's parents and family, we are here to keep Anaya Simone Mitchell's legacy lasting. Not only that we are helping other families as they preserve the legacy of their babies gone too soon. We are on a mission to build hope and love for bereaved parents who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss. Our personal goal is to donate a Cuddle Cot and bereavement services to families who need support after pregnancy and infant loss. No family should ever feel alone after loss. Anaya was born prematurely at 28 weeks gestation on April 26, 2010. Anaya has left her family and friends with a special project to help mommies, daddies, sisters, and brothers cope with the loss of a baby who never came home or didn't get to stay home. Anaya was here for such a short period of time but her footprints and handprints are forever engrained on our hearts and mind.
