Welcome to Team Katie's Fundraising Page!
We've been here since the beginning and you've been with us all along. Katie was the first child diagnosed with STXBP1-related disorders at Stanford here in California and one of the first 3 children diagnosed in the US back in 2010. Since then, our family and friends have been with us every step of the way to find better treatments and a cure for her rare genetic disease. And we appreciate that so, so much and we love you all even more.
Thanks to your interest, love, and support we have been able to raise funds to grant over $3M for dedicated research. And, we currently have 16 lines of research going at topnotch medical institutions around the world. This year we had one of those research initiatives move to a clinical trial. WOW!
