Refund & Registration Policy
All registrations for the **Shiner Beer Run are non-refundable**. We do not offer refunds, credits, or deferrals for injury, illness, travel conflicts, weather, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

**Conditional Refunds**
If the race has an active waitlist, participants may request a conditional refund **through their RunSignup account**. A conditional refund will only be available if the participant’s registration can be filled by someone on the waitlist.

A $20 administrative fee will be deducted from all conditional refunds.

Refund requests must be submitted through RunSignup. *Refunds will not be processed manually or requested through email.** If the conditional refund option is not available in your RunSignup account, you are not eligible for a conditional refund at that time.

Registrations may not be transferred to another participant and may not be deferred to a future Shiner Beer Run
