3W Races will make a monetary donation to your organization based on the number of volunteers who COMPLETE a shift (6-7 hours) on race day. Compensation will be awarded as follows:
10-14 Volunteers: $200 Donation
15-19 Volunteers: $375 Donation
20-24 Volunteers: $500 Donation
25-30 Volunteers: $750 Donation
31+ Volunteers: $1000 Donation
All volunteers must be 14 years of age or older on the day of the event.

Race Day Instructions
Before the race event, your volunteer coordinator from 3W races will be in touch to cover specifics of arrival location, where your group will be located, how many will be working together and to determine what vehicles you'll be bringing so we can determine what kind of transportation you might need at the race site. As you can imagine, 26+ miles of course is not easy to reach quickly by foot!
