Early Shift 5:00 AM- Noon
Dress in layers as it is usually chilly first thing in the morning and gets quite warm once the sun comes up! You'll be either manning a course marshal location and pointing runners in the correct direction, or assisting at a water station. When the final racer passes your location, you'll join the 'sweep crew' to make sure no race litter or equipment gets left behind on the county roads.
