Why is our camp different?
You won’t be a number in a crowd. We limit registration to just 25 athletes, ensuring you get the personal coaching and attention you deserve throughout the camp.
This isn’t a “follow-the-leader” style training getaway — it’s a fully coached experience focused on base endurance, skill development, and confidence building across swim, bike, and run. Varied abilities are welcome, and every session is designed to meet you where you are.
To be prepared for the training durations, we advise all campers to be able to:
- Swim a minimum of 2500 yards
- Bike 3-4 hours continuously, and be prepared for hilly terrain
- Run (or hike) 90 minutes continuously

Our staff of 5 USAT-certified, highly experienced coaches brings over 50 years of combined coaching and racing experience. That means real-time feedback, on-course support, and hands-on instruction from professionals who have helped hundreds of athletes perform at their best.
You’ll take part in practical, skills-based clinics to help you find greater efficiency — more speed for the same effort. Plus, you’ll enjoy educational presentations, camp dinners, and open Q&A sessions where you set the agenda.
