What Is Included With Camp Registration?
✅ Daily Swim, Bike, or Run Workouts
Focused on base endurance, skill development, and confidence-building. This training camp is designed to maximize your endurance and strength for the season to come. See the tentative camp schedule for more details. As a reminder: all campers should be able to do the minimum training durations: 2500 yard continuous swim, 3 hour continuous bike (plus set up for hilly terrain), 90 minutes continuous run or hike.

🎓 Educational Sessions & Q&A Panels
Learn from the pros on topics like training principles and development, fueling & hydration, and mental strategy. When you register, we give you an option to indicate what you'd like to learn about. We'll do our best to accommodate topics!
In addition to the formal educational sessions, we'll have daily open Q&A where you can ask whatever you want from our panel of 5 expert coaches.

With your lodging at the Homewood Suites, you'll get breakfast each morning. Then, we'll have camp dinners on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. Fuel your training and connect with your fellow campers.

- Lodging is not included in the registration price. See the lodging section for information on specially priced rooms for the duration of camp. Book a room at the camp hotel by clicking here.
- Airfare or transportation is not included in the registration price. PHX will be a less expensive airport; Tucson is more convenient. Personal transportation to/from the airport is not provided.
